🚦Road Safety Week 🚦
20th Nov 2021
As part of ‘Road Safety Week’ and also linked with our topic of People Who Help Us our P1 classes had a lovely visit from Martine our amazing crossing patrol lady. We were learning all about keeping safe whilst crossing the road.
Our girls asked so many questions and found out that Martine doesn’t use a lollipop stick to stop the cars as she uses the traffic lights. We also noticed the bright clothing and reflective strips on her big coat that we also have on our school coats.
Remember to wear something with a reflective strip especially coming into the winter months when it will get dark very early.
Be bright, Be seen.☀️
