Primary 5 take Maths Week Ireland to New Heights

Primary 5 took our maths challenges to new heights this morning by taking part in our Paper Aeroplane Challenge. The girls worked in teams to research and design the perfect paper aeroplane that would make it from one end of the assembly hall to the other. We tested a range of objects to add to our planes, ensuring they were the perfect weight. We raced our aeroplanes, measuring their distance and tested out our designs! We had great fun designing, problem solving and researching the perfect plane. Well done girls!
