P7 Leaders Explore Conflict Resolution

Our P7 leadership team collaborated so well today as they explored conflict resolution.  First, they independently organised themselves into equal groups. Each group were then given a scenario to discuss and then to dramatise. Each group were to either present ways to resolve scenarios positively or negatively. Great team work and great understanding shown by the P7 leaders of our school as they strengthen their capacity to lead and resolve conflict in a nurturing manner.
