P7 Pamper Day!

The final preparation for our P7s before their Transfer Test, saw us hosting a Pamper Day for our girls! We started the day with our invigorating "Golden Mile". We then got relaxed and enjoyed meditative art as we listened to calming music and received  a hand massage. We then watched a short movie and sang along with our favourite songs. We ended our day with a meditation as we practised our mindful breathing.It was a truly nurturing day, for all of us.
