Nurture in 5

Our Rainbow girls were so lucky to have the opportunity to work with Helen Stewart (Nurture Advisor EA) recently.

Helen led a fun workshop in how to relax. We learnt how to warm up, stretch, use our breath to relax, how to use our hands to relax and finally how to wind down.

We are really looking forward to inviting Helen back next week, when Helen will work with our Rainbow girls and their parents too.😊🌈
