National Poetry Day in P6

This Thursday , 4th October , we celebrate National Poetry Day. This year’s theme is counting. Our P6s took inspiration from our beautiful grounds. We searched for signs of Autumn and have begun writing a poem, based on the items we found in our Autumn scavenge. Through our poetry writing, we will consolidate our learning about nouns, adjectives and alliteration.
