Gingerbread Man Experiment!🔬

As part of our Once Upon A Time topic in World Around Us, we have been learning the story of the Gingerbread Man. Today, we conducted an experiment where we had to predict whether he would float, sink or crumble in different liquids.

First, we dunked him into hot water where he sank to the bottom. Next, he was placed into lemonade and he began to crumble. Lastly, he was put into (very smelly) vinegar, where he floated to the top! At the end of the day, we returned to see what state the gingerbread men were in and recorded our final results. There may have also been some spare gingerbread men that got eaten along the way!🤭
