Claudette, the Courgette Goes for the Chop!

One of our earnest P6 gardeners, spotted a huge courgette in our greenhouse.
Together with 4 of her classmates, they found a healthy recipe using the courgette. On our next High Five Friday, the chefs worked together as a team to create a delicious and refreshing tomato and courgette salad.
