P5 Christmas Craft

P5 Christmas Craft

The girls in primary five have been working very hard to get ready for the Christmas Fair. This year they decided to make Santas. They had to design a hat which had no gaps at the top which might leave Santa with a cold head!! This proved to be quite tricky and some girls had to make several attempts before they were satisfied that it was right.

They decided to give Santa a sack with a few sweets inside so research had to be carried out to find the best place to do shopping. This was done on the internet and they considered sizes of boxes as well as prices before making the decision that the bigger tubs of Heroes were better value than buying smaller boxes.

At last each Santa was ready, with his sack packed and hung on his back, and the girls were all very proud of their hard work. Now they need to do their sums and find out how much profit they have made!!
